Duriez Agencement offers a complete service of engineering, fabrication and installation of high-end tailor-made furnitures. With around 100 collaborators, 5,000 m2 of workshops and a turnover of 13 millions euros, the French family business is a major actor on the western European market. STORY
In 1960, in the suburbs of Lille, Pierre Duriez created his company specialized in cabinetmaking. His only goal was to offer an irreproachable quality to his clients. The company, which was growing quickly, had to move very often until it was victim of a terrible fire which completely destroyed its workshops in 1989. As Duriez Agencement wanted to conquer the Parisian market, a reinvestment was made in a partly industrialized workshop where the most traditional machineries meet the latest implements. Generations after generations, the entrepreneurs from the Duriez’ family develops the business in France and Europe while keeping the values of the founder: the love of the profession and the passion of a well-accomplished work.
Commitments
The collaborators of Duriez Agencement are building the reputation of excellence by committing themselves to their clients aiming at materializing their greatest ideas. Its engineering department counts a dozen of engineers transforming the sketches of architects or designers into executive plans. In its workshops, furniture are tailor-made by nearly 50 cabinetmakers who are dedicating themselves to work in order to obtain exceptional achievements. They are supported by one of the most imposing park of machinery in the sector which allows a certain speed and flexibility to the production. Finally, on the construction site, installation’s teams are devoting their efforts to a perfect finish.
